Legislation Proposal

MADISON — Wisconsin employers could fire and refuse to hire convicted child molesters, kidnappers and murderers under a Republican bill that would carve out an exemption to the state’s fair employment law.

If the proposal passes, it likely would be the first law of its kind in the country, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. The state Assembly is scheduled to take the bill up Wednesday.

Current state law prohibits employers from considering a criminal conviction when deciding to fire or hire someone unless the crime substantially relates to the job. The new bill would allow employers to fire or turn away convicted sexual or violent offenders, regardless of whether their crimes have a bearing on the job.

The bill’s author, state Rep. Joel Kleefisch, R-Oconomowoc, said current state law allows sexual and violent offenders to hold jobs where they can interact with potential victims in ways that don’t qualify as substantial, such as greeting customers at a retail store.

Employers should have the right to decide who works for them, he added.

“Every time you see on the news another child who’s been raped or murdered by a predator pedophile it should make anybody’s stomach turn and skin crawl,” Kleefisch said. “At the time you commit a sexual assault, you’ve just made a lot of things in your life a lot harder from here on out.”

Republicans control the Assembly, and Speaker Mike Huebsch, R-West Salem, supports the bill, his spokesman said.

But the measure also must pass the Democratic-controlled state Senate and get Democratic Gov. Jim Doyle’s signature before it can become law.

Doyle’s spokesman said the governor has to review the bill. A spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Judy Robson, D-Beloit, didn’t immediately return messages.

The bill goes with another GOP measure that would allow a school district to fire or refuse to hire any felon, no matter whether the conviction had anything to do with the job. The Assembly is scheduled to consider that bill on Wednesday as well.

Doyle vetoed a nearly identical measure last session.

If Wisconsin passes the bill it will be a fair precedent for other states to follow suit. Child predators routinely say that the answer to the problem of child sex abuse is to educate children so that they know which one of the perverts are abusing them and which ones are loving them. Okay, I will also say the answer is education………educate these pedofreaks that when they go after our kids there will be no welcoming place left for them to go.

April 25. Alice Day. A day created by heterosexual pedophiles to celebrate the abuse and exploitation of little girls. So named for Alice Liddell who inspired Lewis Carroll’s monumental work Alice In Wonderland in 1862. It was a story Carroll created for Alice while rowing her and her sisters in a rowboat.

The innuendo child molesters drew from this: Carroll had to be a pedophile! Alice must’ve been the object of his desire! She belongs to us! No man could tell a child a story simply to entertain her, NO that’s not possible!

Of course, the fact that Carroll photographed Alice only compounds the pedophile delusions.

What they don’t want you to know however is the most important part of the Carroll/Liddell story. Here are a few of the highlights:

• Fact: It is a myth that Alice was Carroll’s “favorite” photographic model. There is no evidence of this.
• Fact: Carroll often entertained women in his rooms at the University….some were married. This was against every social standard and many would be damaged if this information came to light.
• Fact: Carroll’s heirs purposefully promulgated the myth of Carroll as the blundering social misfit who was not comfortable around adults. They could not afford for the truth to come to light so they destroyed the entries in his diary that would’ve explained Carroll’s split with the Liddell family.
• Fact: In the late 1800’s in England, adoration of children did not raise eyebrows. Entertaining married women in private quarters and owning a collection of adult porn when you’re a Reverend did.
• Fact: There is no evidence that Carroll felt anything stronger than friendship for Alice. Repeat: NO evidence that Carroll was a pedophile in general or that he had feelings for Alice specifically.
• Fact: ALL evidence suggests that Carroll was actually just a normal person and the myth that he was a pedophile is the means the family used to hide the deep, dark family secret…..that Carroll was an adulterer at worst.
• Fact: Carroll took Alice’s older brother Harry out on the same rowboat years before Alice. This was not a romantic encounter but something Carroll had been doing to entertain the Liddell family for years before he ever took Alice.

The family hid his secrets hoping to protect his reputation. Unfortunately they unwittingly played into the hands of an even more sinister gang than British aristocracy – pedophiles.

Indeed if all available evidence is considered in context then this day to celebrate the love of Carroll’s would more aptly be named Lorina Day for Alice’s mother.

Of course fans and scholars alike have recognized that there is no evidence Carroll was a pedophile. But there’s always a *certain* kind of person who will just never get it.

The myth that Carroll was a pedophile is only that – a myth. So much so that it even has a name (The Carroll Myth). Google the phrase, examine the evidence and decide for yourself.

A Must-Sign Petition

A prominent children’s rights activist has alerted me to a very timely, relevant petition.

The petition seeks to ban all websites which promote paedophilia; the petition specifically names the NAMBLA website and the revolting sites of sleeze bag Lindsay Ashford.

Sign the petition today if you believe in a safer world for your children. These websites rationalize predatory behaviour and encourage potential abusers in their psychotic delusions. Lindsay Ashford goes so far as to prey on our children on the face of his website.

It is time for responsible, caring adults to unite in saying NO to child exploitation and abuse.

Free Speech, Ignorance or Wickedness? You Decide

What is up with Amazon you may be asking yourself. I’d like to take a moment to explain. Amazon apparently doesn’t like being told what they should and shouldn’t sell. They are being quite stubborn as a matter of fact. But what’s interesting here is that while they claim FREE SPEECH as the reason for harboring and selling the words of an admitted child molester, they are censoring their customers comments.

And as if that weren’t enough, their own publishing company BookSurge has removed this book from distribution. Wonder why? And yet Amazon, continues to sell the iUniverse copy of Viamund’s book. This is quite telling isn’t it? iUniverse cancelled their contract with Viamund after realizing what it was that had been printed…..BookSurge is with the program enough to know they need to get rid of that book quickly. Only Amazon is stupid? wicked? thoughtless? enough to continue selling it. Well….attempting to sell it. Interesting that they will turn their back on their own responsibility in order to offer a book for sale that has dropped in ranking from 384,000 to almost 2 millionth in the space of two weeks. Thank you everyone who has helped with this!

How interesting! Amazon is also offering the book in defiance of the publisher. I believe it will be gone completely within a couple of weeks at the most. Does that make what Amazon did ‘ok’ to you? The way I see it…..Amazon thumbed their noses at children, then they proceeded to censor our comments claiming they opposed censorship, then they wisely withdrew the edition that their own publisher printed while offering the edition of their competitor for sale. Hmm.

Nah, I think I can live without them. What it has come down to is that Amazon cannot reform itself. When the book disappears from Amazon it won’t be because of them, it will be because iUniverse was successful in retrieving all copies. By the way iUniverse is owned by Barnes & Noble the first book seller to respond to our request. They have my current and future support.

What does Boylove (you know, the sexual exploitation of underage boys by pedophiles) have to do with some of your favorite grocery products? Well, evidently more than one would like.

Amazon.com is offering a pedophile book: Viamund the Boylove Vampyre Says…: Poetry & Haiku’s (Paperback)by Octaevius Altair, for sale on it’s website. And, interestingly it seems that while Amazon is claiming freedom of expression, and their need to provide a voice to different authors of all backgrounds as it’s reason for offering the book… the companies in the following Amazon ad just want to get exposure for their products, even if it means doing on a site that is openly promoting pedophilia propaganda.

Yes, that’s right folks, these companies are paying Amazon to show their ads, and therefore are directly encouraging Amazon’s choice to sell this book.

Thankfully, we don’t drink Maxwell House in THIS house, because I buy the coffee around here. And, although I’ve always liked Post, I’m sure that I can find another brand of cereal for the kids breakfast. Kraft might be a little more difficult to replace, but if they are willing to pay Amazon to run ads on product pages that encourage the sexual exploitation of children- I’m not willing to feed my family their products.

Now, in all fairness, it could be that Amazon isn’t really aware of the subject matter of this book filth. After all, Amazon is a huge online company, offering a huge amount of products, and certainly we can not expect them to inspect each and every one of them.

It could be that they aren’t aware… but they are. We know that they are aware of the subject and content, because they were contacted about it. Sadly, it seems that they just don’t care.

How pedophiles talk to kids

I thought I’d seen it all, or at least most of it. Now there’s a web site for little girls. Not pedophiles, but for girls. At least that’s what the pedophiles want it to look like. Gee what a cute little web site with pink colors and pretty flowers and hearts.

Wow, they say nice things like, “Being pretty means having pretty ideas, thoughts and feelings.”And don’t forget, “If you like the graphics on this website, you can download them here for free! Neither the flower symbol nor the Special Friendship Symbol are copyrighted (I made them just for you!)”

Aww, isn’t that nice. They made that just for me!! There’s even a links section with links to cool girl and teen magazines and even educational sites. Oooh, and one to help me with my homework.

Ok, now for a reality check.

The links section may be titled “Special links for special girls”, but it has links to:

~ sites that promote removing age restrictions for sex

~ instructions on how to disable parental blocking software (for those kids who want to surf porn sites)

~ A link to “Older Man Love”- where a girl talks about her attraction to older men

~ And a site for “teens who are sexually active now or just thinking about having sex. It’s called “Just Say Yes” because we’re tired of people telling us what we can and can’t do.”

Now for the real shocker. What Is Touching?

“You may have learned about good touching and bad touching. Probably you have been told that touching in the private parts of your body is ‘bad touching’. This is not always the case. This kind of touching is only ‘bad touching’ if you do not want to do it or do not feel comfortable with it.”

Do you really want your little girl to be reading this? Well, there’s more.

“A girl and a loving adult can form a very special bond, as the adult provides experience and knowledge, and the girl provides a fresh way of seeing the world and her excitement for life.”

They then go on to describe what kinds of touching are legal to do with your “special friend” and how to do it.

There’s a glossary that explains what words mean. “Consenting means that both people understand what they are doing and accept the responsibilities of doing it so that they can enjoy the fun of touching each other.” They go on to talk about how a child molester is a bad and selfish person, but a girllover has a “special appreciation” for young girls.

There are messages from young girls on the site. One is from an 11year old who asks about her much older boyfriend and what to do about her Mommy who doesn’t want her to see him anymore.

Here’s one of the responses from the site to this 11 year old girl:

“When adults find out that a child has been having consensual sex, they don’t rush to support the child. They try to brainwash them. To convince them that what they enjoyed was actually a bad thing. That can’t be done without also giving the impression that ALL sex is bad. You can have amazing experiences with an older person without risking all that.”

They have gone too far. I can just picture my niece stumbling across this pretty little web site. This is why parents absolutely have to have parental controls on their computer. Not just on their main web browser software, but something that covers internet explorer as well. Your children are at risk. You need to take precautions and monitor everything they do.

Nowhere To Run

Story HERE U.S. Senator John McCain (R-AZ) introduced this bill, I believe we all need to support it.

“This legislation would reduce the sexual exploitation of our children, and punish those who cause them physical and emotional harm through sex crimes.”

This bill would increase the reporting standards for child pornography and obscenity against children. In other words….no more graphic, written descriptions of having sex with babies on Live Journal. Anyone hosting a website, a blog, a message board etc, would be required to report someone for posting such.

Millions of commercial Web sites and personal blogs would be required to report illegal images or videos posted by their users or pay fines of up to $300,000, if a new proposal in the U.S. Senate came into law.

After child pornography or some forms of “obscenity” are found and reported, the Web site must retain any “information relating to the facts or circumstances” of the incident for at least six months. Webmasters would be immune from civil and criminal liability if they followed the specified procedures exactly.

In addition to the provisions relating to child pornography, the bill also would ensure that sex offenders will register information relevant to their online activities on sex offender registries. Specifically, it would require sex offenders to register their email addresses, as well as their instant messaging and chat room handles and any other online identifiers they use. If a sex offender failed to do so, he could be prosecuted, convicted, and thrown into jail for up to 10 years. The bill would also make the use of the Internet in the commission of a crime of child exploitation an aggravating factor that would add 10 years to the offender’s sentence.

WOWZA! This bill, if passed will have massive, far-reaching effects on the online pedofreak community! No longer can blogger say “It’s not our business what people write, or images bloggers use. ” NO, no, Blogger themselves will be held responsible if they don’t follow a specific set of rules. Pedo message boards won’t be able to simply DELETE a risque comment, no they will have to save the information AND report it themselves. Does that strike anyone as…well, quite funny? It does me. Actually I got rather tickled about it. Wonder what the pedofreaks have to say about it. First let’s look at what a pedo-apologist has to say….

“This constitutionally dubious proposal is being made apparently mostly based on fear or political considerations rather than on the facts,” said EFF’s Bankston. Studies by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children show the online sexual solicitation of minors has dropped in the past five years, despite the growth of social-networking services, he said.

That was from Kevin Bankston an attorney for the Electronic Frontier Foundation (and former ACLU attorney). He’s used a typical pedo-trick. Partial fact stated in such a way that it gives the reader a false impression. Here are the facts from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children 2006 Youth Internet Safety Survey (in comparison to the 2001 survey)

A smaller proportion of youth Internet users received sexual solicitations. In YISS-1, 19% received such solicitations, and in YISS-2, 13% received such solicitations. Plus a smaller proportion of youth Internet users were visiting chatrooms and communicating online with people they did not know in person. These findings suggest youth Internet users may be more aware of the risky nature of online encounters with such people.

The Internet remains a source of disturbing and offensive solicitations for many youth.

Even though a smaller proportion of youth Internet users received sexual solicitations, the proportion with the most serious incidents, aggressive and distressing solicitations, did not decline.

The extent of unwanted exposure to sexual material among youth is extraordinarily high and grew between the times YISS-1 and YISS-2 were conducted. Approximately one third of youth Internet users (34%) had an unwanted exposure to sexual material in the past year, an increase from 25% in YISS-1 that occurred despite increases in the number of families using filtering, blocking, or monitoring software

Now, let’s take a look at the pedo-chatters. I don’t think we’ll find any surprises here.

The Walker: many sex offenders these days are only on the sex offenders registry because they were found guilty of possessing child pornography…Nor is there any compelling evidence that I am aware of that looking at sexual oriented pictures of children inevitably leads to the sexual molestation of children. It is my personal opinion that simply viewing images does not in any meaningful way imply one is an actual sex offender of the sort that needs constant surveilance…..I definitely don’t feel that because someone looks at CP pictures but is not actively involved on the production end of the business they should be regarded as a sex offender.

Joey Bishop: How many kids in Southeast Asia did John McCain drop bombs on in an unjust and unneccesary war? IMHO, shooting kids with semen is far more morally just than shooting them with bullets.

Heartfallen: The truth is, soldiers don’t kill blindly… they murder knowingly.

Spherious: The more forbidden it becomes the more desired it becomes.

Albert Ross: mccain is burning bridges here, trying to shut down the last remaining socially responsible interfaces.

the consequence will be anarchy.

Seamus: I lost the little bit of respect that I had for him after reading this; he is simply pandering to people’s fears that something might happen to their kids. This is as cynical and exploitative as it gets.

Turtle: this is not really a strike at predators. it is a thinly veiled attack on all child lovers,whether they have been convicted for breaking the laws or not. its simple biggotry. they aim to ban us all from the net,which is insane considering most of us dont seek minors online…

Dunx alerted us here to a filthy paedophile site hosted on LJ. Since that time, we have been in contact with LJ regarding this issue. I am happy to report that LiveJournal appears to be taking the standards of their content very seriously. In their response to me they state:

LiveJournal has a strict zero tolerance policy regarding child pornography and/or direct solicitation of minors. We encourage all of our users to report such material to us as they discover it, and we take swift action to remove it when it is reported to us.

The account that Dunx alerted us to has indeed been removed, LJ explains:

In this case, the material you have reported to us has crossed the line into specifically soliciting and advocating illegal acts, and therefore we are able to suspend the accounts in question.

We are now in the process of investigating all of the people who were associated with that particular blog.

Our campaign to have the filth removed from LiveJournal is ongoing. Please feel free to contact/alert us to any inappropriate material you find and we will certainly keep you updated on our progress.
