An Urgent Call to Support the Well-Being of Children and the Rights of Us All

1. Abolish all provisions of state and Federal sex offender registries that publicly shame offenders. There should be no internet or other public posting of the identity, photograph, address, workplace or personal information of any offender…….
   In cases of genuinely violent sex crimes, especially against young children, and with a specific finding of a likelihood to re-offend, registration may be required, but information will be shared only among police officials………
   Strong penalties should be levied against police or others privy to the registration information who violate the privacy of the offenders
2. Abolish all life-time civil commitment for sex offenders who have completed prison sentences and/or parole and probation
   In cases of violent offenses and specific findings of a likelihood to re-offend, carefully constructed court hearings, with medical advice and full due process, should determine if the person may be further incarcerated, and then only for a short time and with regular review
3. Stop public vilification and demonization of sex offenders. Oppose the use in the media or by public officials of obviously pejorative language with regard to offenders. Use of the term “pedophile” should be extremely limited and accurate. Children should be defined as persons under the age of puberty.
4. De-criminalize all consensual sexual activities among teenagers. Stop all required sex offender registration for minors
5. Abolish all laws that provide the death penalty or life in prison without parole for sex offenders.
6. Support broad sex education for children, and empower them to make their own decisions and stand up for their rights
7. Provide accurate information and support valid research about sex offender characteristics and recidivism rates
8. Help sex offenders re-enter society by abolishing measures which make it difficult for them to find a place to live and a decent job. Encourage support groups for sex offenders, including help with finding housing, employment and effective treatment, before their release and afterward

And he ends it in typical Dylan fashion…….

Interestingly enough, just yesterday the Pedophile known as ‘28′ normally seen on GirlChat showed up at BC to commiserate over the decimation of their beloved child sexual abuse holiday and the unveiling of the Sex Offender Wiki maintained by Perverted Justice. Ooooh they were all in a tizz over that one. So 28 who has a habit of saying stuff like:

A Profile of Pedophilia Part 3

We previously talked about the Mayo Clinic report on pedophilia Part 1 and Part 2. Continuing on now we’ll talk about how pedophiles locate their victims. But first we should probably ask just how widespread is the problem anyway? Pedophiles, after all, are known for their continued insistence that child advocates are hysterical lunatics.

Two Canadian studies found that 32% of women and 15.6% of men had experienced “Unwanted sexual contact” before the age of 17 years.

That’s roughly 1 out of 3 females, and 1 out of 6 males. I wouldn’t call our reaction hysterical would you? So where and how do they “gain access to children”? Per this report:

Pedophiles often intentionally try to place themselves in a position where they can meet children and have the opportunity to interact with children in an unsupervised way, such as when babysitting, doing volunteer work, doing hobbies, or coaching sports.

Pedophiles usually obtain access to children through means of persuasion, friendship, and behavior designed to gain the trust of the child and parent.

The report goes on to outline the characteristics of children and their families.

Parents of children who had been abused by pedophiles had notable characteristics, such as a lower overall education and a higher rate of absenteeism from home. The mothers of abused children had less education than control group mothers and were more likely to be single parents. The fathers tended to be of lower socioeconomic and educational levels than controls.

Descartes tells us the secret to finding boys if you’re a pedophile. He’s a little worried about violating the “unwritten BL code” but feels that it’s not fair to other pedophiles not to know how to find victims. The key, he says, is not to go after the most attractive, the most well-adjusted, the happiest boys. Wayne Bleyle a respiratory therapist working at a long term care facility for seriously ill children….convicted of molesting brain-damaged, comatose boys and girls, taking cell-phone photos of himself in the act and posting them on the internet. When his home computers were seized tens of thousands of graphic images of children, some engaged in sex acts with adult males were discovered. When Bleyle was asked how many children he had molested he stated calmly “How many snowflakes are out there?” Bleyle stated that he selected children based on their inability to speak because if they couldn’t talk, they couldn’t tell anybody they had been attacked. Included in his victims were a 2 year old girl and a boy who was still in diapers. He received 45 years in prison based upon a plea agreement.

Bleyle is a pedophile.

And how do we explain only one month later the arrest of Christopher Alan Irvin for the exact same thing……at the exact same hospital?

An ICU nurse Irvin confessed to the molestation of a patient….a comatose 4 year old girl……twice. His home computers containing hundreds of child porn images including videos and his hand-written journals with entries like:

“I want to lay down at night & feel love & the presence of a (loved, comforted) little girl….”

“This is killing me. The little girl downstairs is playing and I want to go play with her, ahhhh!!!”

“Oh God, I’ve strayed”

“I easily and often fall in love with young children”

“I suffer because I crave this and try to satisfy it”

He received 14 years in prison under a plea agreement.

Irvin is a pedophile.

In these instances here we have two men both abusing brain injured children incapable of saying yes or NO. Incapable of asking for help. They were trapped within their little damaged bodies in their little beds….at the mercy of monsters and like all predatory creatures these men took what they wanted.

It doesn’t create psychological trauma in their future when you fed them vegetables at that age. Sex is something I think a child needs to experience and learn about as they progressively grow to maturity

She was at the airport recently, with her family, saying goodbye to her grandparents. As she was enjoying the last few minutes of time with them, her peaceful carefree moment was lost with the sad realisation that some deviant pervert was staring her down. And, she did what all children should be taught to do when an adult is making them uncomfortable- she spoke up and informed her mother. And it’s a good thing she did. As it may have just been the very thing that saved her.

As if the fact that he is turning a child 8 or 9 years old into some sort of sexual object in his mind wasn’t bad enough:

Suddenly, I am alarmed to hear the younger girl say, to her mom. “There’s a guy over there in an orange shirt who keeps staring at me.” As I have an orange shirt on, there’s no doubt in my mind who she means. Quickly I shift my posture slightly and aim my focus elsewhere, so that the mother will perceive me staring somewhere ‘else,’ ANYWHERE else! Which is what happens.

The mother’s reply is voiced too low for me to hear, but it evidently pacifies the child, and the girl never looks my way again. Nor does the mom, so far as I can tell.

I’m meanwhile frantically playing over various possible explanations if this all leads to a confrontation. “I was just trying to figure out how old she is,” sounds pretty lame. “I was staring because she’s the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen in my life,” probably doesn’t help any. There’s no way I’m going to deny having stared. I owe the girl that much honesty, if push comes to shove. Besides which, I can’t be the only man who has ever stared at her. She’s outrageously gorgeous.

The three of them, mother and two girls, finally board the plane and wave goodbye just before they disappear inside. I feel like waving back, but don’t, having been caught staring.

Ordinarily, in a situation like this, I would now approach the grandparents, strike up a conversation about the airport, or the weather, or something, and eventually get around to commenting about the two grandchildren, and try to find out surreptitiously where they live. Not that I will do anything with that information if I get it, other than to store it away for possible future reference. I would probably also try to find out the two girls’ ages.

Ordinarily? In a situation like this? So now we know that this sick freak makes a habit of stalking out young girls, and then attempting to find out where they live- for possible future reference??

Thankfully, the young girl alerting her mother to this most like prevented this man from finding out “everything about her” as he’d wished he could have. And, while we should all be thankful of that- we should all also take note of the “advice” he then gives his other pedophile freak friends on how to avoid situations like this one:

1. If you must stare, do it more covertly in future.

2. Be thankful for small blessings. Rather than bemoaning the fact that you’ll never see this girl again, be thankful you got to see her this once.

3. Be thankful for moms who are not paranoid. This mom could easily have gotten out of line and come over and confronted me. The airport security was very lax, and no one would have tried to stop her getting out of line after she had already passed through the screening.

4. Be glad you had the instinct to move thirty feet away.

5. Be more aware that girls these days are instructed to be aware of men like me and report events to their moms.

Parents, be paranoid. Because walking over to this man would not have been out of line- not for the simple fact that he was stalking your child, hoping to find out where she lived for, like he said, “possible future reference”. One moment of standing up and defending your child from the sick likes of this man is well worth it- and it beats having this perv actually finding out where your children are.

I tell you constantly, we can never be too safe, we can never protect our children from these deviant sexual predators too much. There should be nothing that we wouldn’t do if it meant keeping our children safe.
