You are not alone. I am attracted to 3-9 lg’s. You have my exact aoa! Although I am different as I have been married and had a family. I agree with you that as soon as any breasts appear (or hair down there) I completely lose interest. Lowering the age limit to 12 would help, assuming me, a 47 year old overweight git, could pull a 12 year old, but even then as I lay with her I would be fantasizing about her being younger…that is why, since my marriage fell apart in 1999 when I was outed as a gl, I have become celibate, not out of choice, but if I was to pursue a girl I was attracted to, I would be locked up.

Or has her name been lost and overshadowed
by the name of the man who murdered her.

On January 8, 1981, Michael Morales strangled her with his belt until it broke. He then hit her in the head with a hammer 23 times, dragged her across a road face down and raped her, finishing off his work by stabbing her in the chest 4 times.

Terri was 17 years old.

For this Morales was sentenced to die. But Sarah Tofte, a “researcher” for Human Rights Watch argued that lethal injection was “cruel and unusual” punishment. Sarah as a student and prison activist once argued for reform. “My heart recoils within me; my compassion grows warm and tender.”

I imagine with that mindset she would be very interested in reforming sex offender laws also. She identifies with the offender. She authored No Easy Answers: Sex Offender Laws in the US

This 146-page report is the first comprehensive study of US sex offender policies, their public safety impact, and the effect they have on former offenders and their families. During two years of investigation for this report, Human Rights Watch researchers conducted over 200 interviews with victims of sexual violence and their relatives, former offenders, law enforcement and government officials, treatment providers, researchers, and child safety advocates.

“Politicians didn’t do their homework before enacting these sex offender laws. Instead they have perpetuated myths about sex offenders and failed to deal with the complex realities of sexual violence against children.”

“Human Rights Watch is dedicated to protecting the human rights of people around the world.We stand with victims and activists to prevent discrimination, to uphold political freedom, to protect people from inhumane conduct in wartime, and to bring offenders to justice.

We investigate and expose human rights violations and hold abusers accountable.”
Let’s look at some of the recommendations made in this report and then we’ll look at what kind of “homework” and research Sarah Tofte did in this “report” sponsored by Human Rights Watch.

Here’s a sampling of recommendations:

• Accountability for those who search online databases should be ensured by requiring the database user to specify the purpose for the search, and to provide his or her name and zip code
• eliminate public access to online registries of sex offenders
• Congress should eliminate public access to the national sex offender registry
• Law enforcement officials should eliminate the use of posters, flyers, and other easily replicable materials to alert communities of the presence of a registered sex offender in their neighborhood
• Access to sex offender registries should be limited to law enforcement
• Former offenders should not be required to register with their schools or places of employment
• No offender who was under the age of 18 at the time of his or her offense should be required to register
• All provisions of the Adam Walsh Act that deal with state registration and community notification requirements should be repealed
• If Congress does not repeal the Adam Walsh Act requirements as they pertain to state registration and community notification, states should not adopt the Adam Walsh Act provisions to their registration and community notification laws
• Neither states nor localities should have residency restriction laws that apply to entire classes of former offenders

It sounds just like the petition to free sex offenders from accountability and abolish age of consent laws, doesn’t it? We wrote about that here and here and the issue was wiki’d here.

“Human Rights Watch appreciates the sense of concern and urgency that has prompted these laws. They reflect a deep public yearning for safety in a world that seems increasingly threatening. Every child has the right to live free from violence and sexual abuse. Unfortunately, our research reveals that sex offender registration, community notification, and residency restriction laws are ill-considered, poorly crafted, and may cause more harm than good

The evidence is overwhelming, as detailed in this report, that these laws cause great harm to the people subject to them”

So now let’s look at her overwhelming evidence. And where she got it. Some of the people included Zman, Daniel Chenault, Johnny Ray Lee, Butch Brown and of course Linda Pehrson. We know Linda from her previous news interview “Just call me Susie” and her inclusion in the audio portion of Sarah’s “report”. You see, Linda’s husband molested her daughter, after serving time in prison Linda let him come back into the home. Linda aka Amy says

I think my daughter’s very strong. I was a battered women’s counselor, for about eight years, and I’m about the strongest woman you’ll ever meet, so it’s not that I’m a weak woman, and I’m a standing by my man kind of gal, cause I’m not, I want to give my daughter all the tools and techniques she needs to empower her to get on with her life, I don’t want her to be a professional victim the rest of her life. I don’t want this to define her.

So Linda Pehrson is a woman who not only stayed with the man who did this to her child, his step-daughter, but advocates bringing children’s abusers back into their home with the jazzed up term ‘family reunification’. Is this where Sarah got her information?

We know that she wrote to Linda asking for very specific information. In other words she solicited the responses that she wanted. She asked for people who had been victims of vigilantism, she asked for people who were victims of ‘restrictive laws’, she asked for people who had notification cards. She focused on the states that had the most strict SOR guidelines. She knew the answers she wanted and that’s what she set out to get.

This is not a ’study’ this is mere journalism. Spin doctored to suit her purpose. She says that in researching this issue she interviewed “122 sex offenders and 90 of their loved ones……and a number of victims” I would like to know how many victims she interviewed …..that weren’t also offenders.

It seems she put a lot of weight on the information she got from Linda Pehrson.

Jan Kruska says

“hate doesn’t solve anything, neither does revenge. Hate and vengeance is for the simple minded and it is a cop out. It is taking the easy way out. It is also the fast track to the inevitable next future disaster”

So what’s so wrong about that statement? Jan only applies it to people who have sexually offended against others. That’s what.
Jan believes:

“While sexual abuse is despicable there are indeed things that are much worse in life”

“those on the sex offender registry have suffered great losses…….the right to live where you want and feel safe in your person and in your home”

“The scarlett [sic] letter is real and is about to be placed squarely on the foreheads of those responsible for this American travesty that is the sex offender registry”

Jan also believes that children don’t report when they are abused for fear that their abuser will be removed from the home.

It reminded me so much of someone else. The wacked out mother who showed up on GirlChat recently explaining that her boyfriend got together with her because he was a pedophile and wanted her daughter. He had done it to another woman and her daughter before her. And now after molesting the 10 year old, Frianne is trying to figure out how to hold on to him when he gets out of jail. OMG They all seem to be the same! Look at this grandma, she’s upset that her son is in jail. she admits that he did it but says “it was a psychological error on his part” She goes on to say that

I believe that these people, the Shirley Lowery’s and Jan Kruska’s and Tom Madison’s don’t know what responsibility is. Tom as CEO of SoClear believes it’s appropriate behavior for a representative of his organization in response to commentary about them to attack random uninvolved people by libeling them and accusing them of things which they did not do. He even goes so far as to demean the serious topic of child sexual abuse by calling Jan’s actions a game of “sticks ‘n stones”.

The mainstream perception that these people are indifferent and insensitive to the very real abuse that children have suffered is born out by their own actions and I believe there could hardly be a more blatant example of their remarkable unwillingness to take responsibility for their own actions. We have dubbed this ‘blame gaming’ but a more proper term would be sociopathic.

And yet, we aren’t the only ones bickering with these guys. We aren’t the only ones who think these people are wack jobs. Take the case of Erika

p3rl_script wrote to David Coffman, owner of SOSEN about her concerns regarding CEO Shirley Lowery.

“I have decided to withdraw my membership from SOSEN as a result of Shirley’s destructive messages and psychotic leadership skills.

She is hurting people and she will drag you and others down with her if allowed to continue, she is severely unstable mentally and has no understanding just how damaging her behavior is when she is allowed to continue inciting nonsense with no consequences for her asinine actions.”

And to Shirley herself she says: “Your one step away from having the FBI on your tail, with the type of content your allowing to be posted and the type of things you write about.

I cannot and will not be associated with the “Illegal” and “unlawful” type of activity your advocating for by encouraging and promoting it on your Yahoo Group SOSEN.

It is extremely stupid and you are placing any one in connection with you and SOSEN in danger of being arrested for whatever the government can get you for in regards to inciting people and encouraging illegal activity in violation of both state and federal laws.

The kind of behavior you are promoting and allowing to occur is EXTREMELY dangerous and self-defeating and I shall take NO part in it.

Jack Is Back — Sort Of

Remember our good pal Jack McClellan?

Sadly, a Los Angeles judge has decided that Jack must stay away from certain delineated spots in Southern California. Poor Jack! What’s a McClellan to do now?

Oh no! He has decided to leave the Great State of Fornicalia! Zounds!

LOS ANGELES (AP) – A self-described pedophile is leaving California after a judge ordered him to stay away permanently from places where children gather, the man told a TV station for a report that aired Sunday.

“I have to leave the state, really, I can’t live here under this Orwellian protocol,” Jack McClellan told KABC. “It’s nightmarish.”

McClellan did not say where he planned to go, and he did not immediately return a message left on his cell phone by The Associated Press.

McClellan has been unemployed and living out of his car since arriving in Southern California this summer from Washington.

McClellan, 45, came to the attention of authorities for a Web site where he posted photos of children in public places and discussed how he liked to stake out parks, public libraries, fast-food restaurants and other areas where little girls congregated. His Internet service provider took down his Web site more than a month ago.

Who knows where poor Jack will go now? And the horrible order handed down by the oppressive judge? It reads like this:

But on Friday, Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig issued a permanent injunction and a three-year restraining order that prohibits McClellan from coming within 30 feet of schools, playgrounds and other places where children congregate.

The judge’s ruling narrowed an injunction issued earlier in the month that barred McClellan from coming near anyone under age 18 anywhere in the state. McClellan spent 10 days in jail for violating that injunction when he was arrested earlier this month near a child care center at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Sandvig’s new ruling also bars McClellan from contacting, videotaping or photographing children or publishing their photos without written consent from a guardian or parent. McClellan could be arrested if he violates that prohibition.

I really don’t think ol’ Jack will be able to comply with this order; hence, his decision to leave my state. Poor, poor Jack!

LOS ANGELES (AP) – July 15, 2007 – The nation’s largest Catholic archdiocese has settled its abuse cases for $660 million, by far the largest payout in the church’s sexual abuse scandal, The Associated Press has learned.

The Catholic church has a problem. In my opinion it has a very large problem. A problem that has existed for years and, for those many years and more, has been continuously swept under the carpet, purposely.

There isn’t one Pope, one Cardinal, in my opinion, who isn’t aware of the problem or its extent.

Because if there is one thing that Popes and Cardinals and those in power in the Catholic church are NOT, is stupid.

They are, however, in my opinion, human. Meaning that they are frail and desperate and cloaking and plotting.

I find that those adults who take advantage of children are completely contemptuous on their face; those who take advantage of children from official positions of power to include Authority Figures — such as PRIESTS, childrens’ group leaders, government officials, etc., are even MORE reprehensible and contemptuous.

The settlement is the largest ever by a Roman Catholic diocese since the clergy sexual abuse scandal erupted in Boston in 2002. The largest payout so far has been by the Diocese of Orange, Calif., in 2004, for $100 million.

Facing a flood of abuse claims, five dioceses – Tucson, Ariz.; Spokane, Wash.; Portland, Ore.; Davenport, Iowa, and San Diego – sought bankruptcy protection.

The tendency of the Catholic Church to minimize these problems, avoid these problems, claim they never existed, sweep them under the proverbial carpet, “move” their “problem people,” is clear, overt, documented, purposeful and despicable.

Cardinal Roger Mahony recently told parishioners in an open letter that the archdiocese was selling its high-rise administrative building and considering the sale of about 50 other nonessential church properties to raise funds for a settlement.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge overseeing the cases recently ruled that Mahony could be called to testify in the second trial on schedule, and attorneys for plaintiffs wanted to call him in many more.

The same judge also cleared the way for four people to seek punitive damages – something that could have opened the church to tens of millions of dollars in payouts if the ruling had been expanded to other cases.

I’ll be the first to openly admit: I am a Christian. I believe in God. I am not, however, a Catholic though I was surrounded, in college, by six close friends whom I called The Catholic Mafia. I was very familiar with the beliefs of Catholics, with the general Catechism of the Catholic Church — because all my friends were Catholic.

Victims accuse Mahony of allegedly covering up evidence of child molestation by transferring priests to other churches and for trying to keep the abuse reports secret.

“Cardinal Mahony paying out money is great, but where is the accountability from the hierarchy of the church?” Manly said. “They will continue their lives as normal; the victims still have to deal with a lifetime of problems.”

Manly questioned why Mahony had not been held to account.

“If what transpired under his leadership was bad enough to pay a half billion dollars, why is he still walking free, and why hasn’t the district attorney taken action against him?” Manly said.

The abuse cases also highlighted a failing of the justice authorities, Manly added.

“I hope this causes the power structure — Los Angeles law enforcement, the courts, the people in power — to look at what happened and ask how, in the midst of all this stuff for 50 years, only three priests were convicted,” he said.

“By any standard that tells you law enforcement was turning a blind eye to this.”

In that precise vein, whilst a Child Abuse investigator, I had the Catholic Church purposely move and hide a priest that was a potential suspect in one of my cases. I was told in no uncertain terms by my then-supervisor that that was a perfect time to close that case as a “pend.”

Some of the victims have waited more than five decades for a chance at reconciliation and resolution,” said Raymond Boucher, the main lawyer for the plaintiffs. “This is a down payment on that debt long overdue.”

So therefore, I can tell you with complete certainty that, in my opinion, the Catholic church has historically been avoiding dealing with the issue and is just now beginning to, literally, pay the price for its tacit condonation of certain heinous sexual abuse events.

It is bad enough, ladies and gentlemen, that we must endure the focus of certain demented segments of our society on our children; it is even worse when we discover some of these horrors are perpetrated by not only those in positions of governmental authority, but those in spiritual authority.

In my opinion, there is a very special place in Hell reserved for these persons.

I’m sorry; I find no sympathy whatsoever in my heart for the Catholic church; they reap now what they have managed to sow for so many years. And because, after all, we all know what is right and what is wrong.

Neighborhood alarmed to learn ice-cream truck vendor is registered sex offender

A group of Perris homeowners has launched a campaign to run their local ice cream man out of the neighborhood.

Anthony G. Toles, his neighbors discovered recently, is a registered sex offender who has been living and driving his ice cream truck in the Villages of Avalon, a newer housing development near Lake Perris.

On the Fourth of July, about 10 neighbors distributed 500 custom-printed door hangers alerting residents to “a potential threat to our children” driving a green ice cream truck.

A leaflet is hung on the door of a home in the Villages of Avon, a Perris subdivision, warning that the driver of a green ice cream truck is a registered sex offender.

“They have to live somewhere,” said Amanda Burnham, one neighbor who helped distribute the door hangers, “but they don’t have to drive an ice cream truck.”

Toles, 48, was incensed when he heard of the neighborhood campaign. But his neighbors may get their way — he’s thinking of moving.

“I think that it’s very messed up the way everybody is judging me,” he said, describing himself as a father and grandfather. “It hurts me. My pride is hurt.

Toles pleaded guilty in 2003 to continuous sexual abuse of a child and lewd and lascivious acts against a child. The victims were described in court records as his daughters, both of whom were under 14. He was placed on three years’ probation and sentenced to one year in county jail with credit for seven months served, court records show. His probation expired last July.

Toles contends he didn’t molest his daughters. He said he pleaded guilty because he had poor legal representation and didn’t want to risk prison time.

Toles, who lives with his wife in a two-story rented home, said he’s no predator, that he’s merely trying to earn a living selling candy, ice cream and water guns. He said he drives an ice cream truck because no one wants to hire someone with his criminal history.

But while Toles peddled frozen treats at schools, parks and swimming pools for the past couple months, his neighbors were reporting the movements of his “dreaded green ice cream truck” on a community Internet message board. The discussion began in May with a neighbor who spotted him on the Megan’s Law Internet database of registered sex offenders.

The Megan’s Law site was launched by the state Department of Justice in 2004 for residents who want to keep track of registered sex offenders in their neighborhoods.

Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jerry Franchville said Perris police checked on Toles after a neighbor reported him, but because he is no longer on parole or probation there’s nothing they can do.

There appears, at first vodka-enhanced blush (sufficient to enable me to post about a topic as base as this), to be two entirely disparate forces at work on this blog. They largely define themselves as:

• Pro-Pedo;
• Anti-Pedo;

I cannot essentially distill this “war” down to anything more basic than this.

But I wish those who read this blog to understand what the terms and physical acts advocated by those who classify themselves as “pro-pedo” truly mean.

Many won’t like this post or its graphics. Get over it. Reality intervenes. Except imagine these images WORSE.

Pro-pedo means, literally, the Western Societally-blessed abilty of overweight, socially-inept, closeted, tortured, immature, undeveloped, controlling, stunted, Euro-male, miniscule-hung, living-in-mama’s house, coddled, vapid, jenune men’s unlimited ability to buttfuck little boys. This view will be enabled by various and many secular elitist overeducated elder males who wish they had they cojones or the opportunity to buttfuck their own cadre of males ranging from infant to 14 or so. Living in their mind-fantasies, their age-ranging drops dead when a minute before or beyond their preferences. These persons, in writing and in response to this blog, use the various conjured and multi-syllabic minutae of “educated” layers to bolster their belief systems.

Anti-pedo means a strict intolerance for the above, to include the incessant and structured refutation of any and all of the notations listed above. APs fight for the rights of children, from infant and beyond, and insist on absolutely NO grey areas when it comes to pederasty and the abuse of children. Children have an absolute RIGHT to encounter their childhood without the pressure of concomitant adult fantasies.

Pro-pedo makes itself ALL about control, manipulation, lies, misdirection, false assurance, threats, confusion, uncertainty, naivete, power-over-all, maturity vs. immaturity, mind games, successful manipulation, towering over the weak of will and stature, all in the guise of enlightenment, openness, education, secularism, Godlessness, New Age expansion, illumination and, moreover, pro-pedo indoctrination.

Anti-pedo refutes all of the above, on the side of goodness, God, logic, genetics and the most common of emotions.

And there you have it.

It gets down to this:

Do you advocate the insertion of an overweight male’s penis into the anus of male children ranging from infants to their early teens?

BRITISH POLICE SMASH GLOBAL PEDOPHILE RING; 700 ARRESTED; 31 CHILDREN RESCUED

LONDON — Police smashed a global Internet pedophile ring, rescuing 31 children and rounding up more than 700 suspects worldwide, authorities said Monday.

Some 200 suspects are based in Britain, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Center said. The ring was traced to an Internet chat room called “Kids the Light of Our Lives” that featured images of children being subjected to horrific sexual abuse.

The investigation involves agencies from 35 countries and lasted 10 months.

The host of the Web site, Timothy David Martyn Cox, 27, of Buxhall, who used the online identity “Son of God,” admitted to nine counts of possessing and distributing indecent images, authorities said.

After his arrest in September, authorities were able to infiltrate the chat room and collect evidence on the other members.
